That from the 1st July new legislation came into effect making it compulsory for all Victorian Horse Owners to have a Property Identification Code (PIC). HAY PONY CLUB INTER CLUB MOUNTED GAMES CHALLENGE (at Hay Show) HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO A LACK OF INTEREST Parents of the pony club will run novelties on Saturday afternoon if enough interest for the Hay Show Society, therefore will not be restricted to members of Pony club but open to all riders.
